The air-conditioned rooms were absolutely amazing! They had custom Italian furnishing that made me feel like I was in a luxury villa. The complimentary minibar and Nespresso coffee maker were a delightful touch that made me feel pampered during my stay. The partially open bathroom with its designer toiletries and complimentary items made showering and getting ready a pleasure. the room had such a chic and stylish vibe that I absolutely loved.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the partially open bathroom with the shower. But hey, that's just my preference, and I can see how others might enjoy the unique design.

When available I choose the Oasis Suite at Klapsons. I just love to sit on the terrace outside in the middle of Singapore or enjoy the huge jacuzzi.
This was my 5th stay at Klapsons and until today I had never a single justified complaint.

The hot tub and the design.
Everything was ok , just that is not clean enough. I like the design, and becos of the hot tub i booked the hotel. We are singaporeans wanting a relax weekend, but the tub not clean ,the curtains with dirt, and bad breakfast we had . Only had toast and eat no more food for us when we came down for breakfast. The worst part is we are asked to pay for a untouch safe box as it was spoiled.we had a bad experience this time. Bad management.

Complimentary wireless, mini-bar and breakfast. Also liked the bed and shower.
Room service for dining shuts at 10:30pm and need to make a booking 2 hours in advance for a massage. Massage service shuts at 7pm and I would have liked to have been able to have one when I finished at work after 8 or 9pm.

The bed was really comfortable. We dined at The Rabbit Stash, which is just 100 feet away.

I booked the Oasis Suite, mainly for the outdoor terrace and jaccuzzi.
Outdoor lighting on the terrace does not justice to the nice design of the room/hotel

Loved the refreshing and unique setting of the rooms. the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Acre who went above and beyond to assist with the balcony umbrella. the jacuzzi in the room was a great perk. the views and sounds of Singapore from the financial/port area were amazing. Conveniently located near Chinatown with plenty of dining options. the stylish décor and quirky features, like the free-standing shower stalls, added to the overall experience. Complementary drinks and restocked tea and coffee were a nice touch. the large and comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. the reception staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints.

We loved the private jacuzzi and the comfy bed as well as the excellent service provide by the staff there. The staff were friendly enough to bring us to our room and introduced us to the facilities when we checked in. Queries were addressed promptly and any additional equipment required was sent up quickly. Breakfast was simple yet extremely scrumptious
Lack of cover for the outdoor area during rainy days. Lost jacuzzi time that way. Perhaps an option to have a retractable roof cover would be ideal.

The location of the hotel is convenient to reach the city center, but getting a taxi is always hard. It's a short walk to the next metro station, and it's near some restaurants and shops.
The furniture in some rooms seems to be spoilt and not up to par compared with what can be seen in the pictures.

Spacious, nice layout.
The breakfast at the sleeping rhino was bad ... Sour (Spoilt) food was serve during the morning breakfast. Variety was poor. Service was bad. When feedback with regards to the spoilt food, no apology was made only towards the end. Room was quite dirty. The outdoor area, was also dirty with the night lights all spoilt except only one. There was no hot water boiler in the water other than the coffee dispenser. Overall, was a disappointment.
